$50 per month?

We've got a new idea in the house. Let's don't spend any money for 30 days (I'm told that this comes from the Readers Digest). We agreed that we would spend, between the four of us, only $50 apiece for a whole 30 days. We'll still pay our bills (I guess), put gas in the car and buy fruit and milk. Other than that, we're supposed to use what food we've already got (tons), wear only the clothes we already possess (this is also huge) and quit buying Dunkin Donuts/Starbucks etc. (This will mostly cause me pain in field service).

We all agreed to it. Then within an hour two of us backed partway out (we're planning a trip) so now our target is three weeks. (The money is reduced accordingly; we now have $150 between the four of us.)

An hour later, one of us decides we're hosting a Superbowl party next Sunday. I wonder if we can roll our own tortilla chips?
